Refund Policy 

At Pristine Kitchens & Baths, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns, including offering a re-clean of the areas in question at no additional cost.

We do not offer full or partial monetary refunds, but we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to making things right.

To be eligible for a re-clean:

  • The original appointment must have been completed.

  • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

  • The home must be in the same condition as when we completed service (i.e., no additional mess or cleaning by others).
