Welcome to Pristine Kitchens & Baths. By booking our residential cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We specialize in residential cleaning focused on kitchens, bathrooms, and vacuuming. Standard cleaning is billed at $50/hour. Additional services or deep cleaning may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.

2. Appointments & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, a $50 no-access fee may apply.

​

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Standard rate: $50/hour for standard cleaning only.

  • Payment method: Credit/debit card or wire transfer only.

  • Payment timing: Full payment is required before or immediately after services are completed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged a $50 fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with an area we’ve cleaned, contact us within 24 hours. We'll return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

6. Liability

We are fully insured. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not properly secured

  • Fragile valuables not disclosed beforehand

Please inform us of any concerns before your appointment.

7. Health & Safety

For the safety of our staff, we do not handle:

  • Biohazards or bodily fluids

  • Mold or infestations

  • Hoarding or excessive clutter

Homes must be in a reasonably tidy condition prior to cleaning.

8. Pets

Pets must be secured during cleaning. We are not responsible for pet-related accidents or escapes.

​

9. Privacy Policy

All client information is kept confidential and used solely to provide and improve our services.

​

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
